Immigration Assistant Elizabeth Zavala

Ms. Elizabeth is originally from Campeche, Mexico. She also lived in Monterrey, Mexico for about 24 years where she worked for Notaria Publica No. 16 for 18 years. In this position, Elizabeth assisted in the legal process of wills and trusts, real estate transactions, apostille of documents, and aided in drafting a wide range of legal documents. Ms. Elizabeth came to the United States 20 years ago and began working with a high-volume immigration firm in Houston, Texas. During the late 90s, she specialized in NACARA and TPS cases as well as CSS and late amnesty cases.
Ms. Elizabeth also worked through the 245(i) regulations where she helped prepare thousands of I-130 family petitions, and later throughout her 16 year career as an immigration legal assistant, has helped thousands of families remain together in the United States. Ms. Elizabeth specializes in Family-based Immigration and joined the Zavala Law Firm to continue helping families reach their dream of remaining together in the United States.
